On 10 September 2020, the British & Commonwealth Chamber of Commerce in Finland, in cooperation with Hard Rock Cafe Helsinki and Harva Marketing, hosted a members breakfast event with the theme ‘Planning and Executing Successful Events’.
Face-to-face encounters are limited or prohibited. Companies struggle with how to arrange personal meetings and make them influential when you can't meet face-to-face. The era of hybrid events which combine physical and virtual/digital world is about to begin.

The event is strictly for B3CF members and invited guests. All B3CF paid members are entitled to 2 free tickets. The number of tickets is limited and offered on a first-come-first-served basis.
No-show:
If you know that you cannot make it to the event, please inform the organiser (B3CF) as soon as possible. There is a 'No-show fee' of 50 EUR applicable in case of no-show on the day, unless the organiser (B3CF) is informed about the absence of a guest no later than 9 a.m. of the day before the event.

Time:
The doors will open at 8.15 a.m., with the event kick-off at 8.30 a.m.
Food and drinks:
Guests will be offered individually packed sandwiches, juice, coffee and tea.
Health and Safety:
The B3CF team and the Hard Rock Cafe staff will address health and safety issues in a diligent manner. Face masks are not required and will not be provided, however, guests are welcome to bring their own masks if they wish. Hand sanitisers will be available throughout the venue.
In order to maintain the customers’ and employees’ safety during all events, Hard Rock Cafe Helsinki implemented and installed Airocide Air Purifiers in the venue. This NASA developed and patented, state-of-the-art technology supports the efforts to make HRC Helsinki be an even safer place to work and visit.
